Nick Anz

Associate Partner

Nick joined Anzco December of 2021. His responsibilities include research, market analysis, site identification, and transaction management. Nick works with Anzco's core clients in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Colorado. Previously, Nick held intern positions at TradeCor, LLC and Edge Realty Partners. In those positions, he worked with principals on market roll out plans, site tours, and LOI/lease documents.

Nick was a scholarship athlete at NCAA Colorado Mesa University where he played baseball, studied finance, and received Dean's List and President's List academic honors. Additionally, Nick played baseball at Saddleback College in the Orange Empire Conference.
