Jonathan Sussman

Managing Partner

Jonathan is currently a partner at Anzco. In that position he is responsible for key Anzco accounts in Arizona, Carolinas, and Florida. Prior to joining Anzco, Jonathan was at JRS Realty Advisors where he helped Dollar General, Verizon Wireless, and other national tenants expand through upstate New York. Additionally, Jonathan acted as master broker for Rock & Brews during their initial roll out in Texas and Florida and continues to fulfill that role. Prior to founding JRS Realty Advisors, Jonathan worked at Eastern Retail Properties LLC in Braintree, Massachusetts where he focused on working with national tenants as they expanded across New England.

Jonathan holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he was a member of the NCAA Division 1 Alpine Ski Team.

Jonathan currently splits his time between the Anzco home office in Plano, Texas and his home in Park City, Utah.
