Corey Hingson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hingson is excited to apply his talents to Anzco operations.  He also serves as CFO for Anzco sister companies, R&B Holdco, LLC and TradeCor, LLC where he is responsible for all financial operations, budgeting / forecasting, debt structure and banking relationships, reporting and compliance, risk management, insurance, organizational structure, and various projects to drive incremental revenue.

Previously, Corey spent 20+ years in the financial services sector, most recently with the Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Société Générale.  While at Société Générale, Corey served many cross-functional roles, including Co-Head of the TCF Energy Americas, Manager of the Dallas office, and Senior Banker.  

Within such roles, Corey’s responsibilities included (i) recruiting / managing a team in the US & Mexico, (ii) preparing / executing his team’s budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning objectives, (iii) providing debt financing and liquidity solutions to energy clients throughout North America, (iv) legal documentation review, (v) collaborating with rating advisory, M&A, and high-yield / equity capital market groups to advise on issuance strategy and optimal capital structure, and (vi) ensuring compliance with all operational processes and regulatory obligations.

Corey earned an MBA-Finance from Rice University, and a BBA-Finance from Southern Methodist University.
